Body alignment

Body alignment means that your bones are aligned in a way so that your joints and muscles can work properly. This includes aligning your ears over your shoulders, shoulders over hips, hips over knees, and knees over ankles. When your bones are not properly aligned, it puts unnecessary stress on your joints and muscles which can lead to pain or injuries. For example, if you have a forward head posture (meaning your head is sticking out in front of your shoulders), this will put a strain on the muscles in the back of your neck as they try to hold up your head. This can lead to headaches, neck pain, and even migraines.
